Embargoed areas

The Finnish Orienteering Federation has declared the areas shown on the accompanying map as embargoed areas until 15th July 2013. The areas shown on the map are reserved for organizing the World Championships in 2013. Using commercial services in the area as well as going through the area by car is allowed in spite of the embargo. In winter, skiing is allowed on the official skiing tracks in the area ‘Vuokatti’. In the other areas even skiing is not allowed.
